- Day 1Journey to the Heart of the Caucasus (Tbilisi – Enguri Dam – Mazeri)
Driving Distance: ~440 km (approx. 9 hours) Accommodation: Guesthouse in Mazeri Your expedition begins with a scenic departure from Tbilisi, heading toward the majestic peaks of Upper Svaneti. En route, we pause at the Enguri Dam, a world-class engineering marvel and one of the highest arch dams on the planet. As we leave the lowlands behind, the landscape transforms into dramatic alpine vistas. We conclude the day in Mazeri, a tranquil village nestled at the foot of towering mountains—the perfect sanctuary to prepare for the trail ahead.
- Day 2Hiking to Shdugra Waterfalls (The Dolra Valley & Ushba Views)

Driving Distance: 385 km, duration ~8 hours After a final hearty breakfast surrounded by ancient towers, we board our vehicles for the long but incredibly scenic drive back to Tbilisi. We return to the capital in the evening, carrying unforgettable memories of high alpine passes, ancient traditions, and the majestic peaks of Svaneti.
